Good Will Hunting is not my favorite ‘90s movie, but a time capsule from an era when a character drama could still become a cultural moment.

The Instigators doesn’t exactly break new ground, and its ending feels a bit rushed, but it compensates with impressive car chases and some intriguing political commentary on heroism and the armed forces.
